My recent stay at Pension Vocario in Pfarrwerfen was truly delightful. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread that reminded me of homemade treats from Austria, setting the perfect tone for our days ahead.Exploring the area was a breeze with tours and ticket assistance readily available, allowing us to visit the nearby Hohenwerfen castle, Eisriesenwelt ice caves, and even enjoy a round of mini golf. The family-run guesthouse's convenient location near the Tauernradweg cycling trail made it easy for us to immerse ourselves in the stunning Austrian scenery, while also enjoying the on-site amenities like the garden with barbecue facilities and a children's playground.The picturesque surroundings, featuring mountain views from our balcony, provided a serene backdrop for our trip. We even made use of the ski storage room and indulged in some friendly table tennis matches on-site. I can't recommend this charming guesthouse enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Austrian hospitality in a tranquil setting. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, perhaps with a few friends in tow to share in the magic of Pfarrwerfen.
